To exchange or return an item, here is what you need to know:
You have 90 days after purchase to exchange or return, unless noted in our exceptions. You can return items in-store, for free by mail, or via a scheduled pickup from your home. Please provide your in-store receipt or LoSkins.com order number and we will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes and fees to the original form of payment or provide a replacement.

Follow these 3 Easy Steps to Begin a Return or Exchange:
STEP 1 - Contact Us
Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending an item back for an exchange or refund.
Get in touch via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will promptly email you a Return or Exchange Form to print out and return with your merchandise.
STEP 2 - Ship Your Package
- Print the shipping label and attach it to the return package as per the instructions.
- Securely package the product the same way it arrived and drop the package off at your local post office.
STEP 3 - Get Your Refund
- Get a full refund or exchange.
- We pick up Returns, Exchanges and Repairs from our secure drop-location on a once-weekly basis (usually Thursdays) and begin processing refunds and/or exchanges on Fridays.
- When expecting a refund, please allow your bank or credit card 5-7 Business Days to fully process the transaction and return the funds to your account.
LôSkins Return Policy and Conditions
You have a full 90 days to return an item from the date of purchase. Return must be received in "as new" condition. Damaged or heavily worn items may not be eligible for return.
Please ensure that all clasps and chains are carefully secured on their return trip. LoSkins.com is not responsible for damage incurred during transport.
LoSkins.com is also not responsible for lost if the items are improperly packaged during return shipments - please ensure that boxes are bubble-wrapped or padded to prevent their loss during transport.
Custom and Special Orders are not Refundable or Returnable.
Free Returns Policy does not apply to any original expedited shipping fee paid, except if/when there is a mechanical defect on our end, or at our discretion.
LoSkins.com is also not responsible for lost product if the items are improperly packaged during return shipments - please ensure that sharp metal components and boxes are bubble-wrapped or padded to prevent their loss during transport.
LoSkins recommends contacting your carrier to file a claim in the event of a lost package.
